1. No Refunds
• All purchases of coaching services, subscriptions, and programs are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
2. Cancellations
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before your next billing date.

• Late cancellations (fewer than 5 business days before the billing date) will not be eligible to stop the upcoming charge.
3. Rescheduling Coaching Sessions
• Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Failure to provide adequate notice or missing a session will result in forfeiting that session without a refund or credit.
4. Subscription Services
• If you wish to discontinue your coaching plan, you are responsible for managing your subscription cancellation in accordance with this policy.
• Any services rendered prior to cancellation remain chargeable.
